Ova politika objašnjava koje podatke koriste aplikacije Cubospot (za goste) i Cubospot Business (za lokale), zašto, koliko dugo i kako ih brišeš.
Ime ili nadimak, slika, kratak tekst, pol, zemlja i — ako ih sam upišeš — telefon, Instagram, Facebook i TikTok. Profil se čuva na tvom telefonu i šalje se samo ljudima i lokalima koje sretneš u aplikaciji, da bi te videli. Godine se pitaju jednom, ostaju na telefonu i nikome se ne prikazuju.
Poruke se čuvaju na tvom telefonu i na telefonu osobe kojoj pišeš. Kad niste u dometu (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth), poruka ide preko našeg servera šifrovana od kraja do kraja — server ne može da je pročita i čuva je najviše 7 dana, dok je primalac ne preuzme. Poruke možeš da obrišeš u aplikaciji. Isto šifrovano putuju i potvrda čitanja (tvoja aplikacija javlja pošiljaocu da si otvorio razgovor; vidi je samo pošiljalac sa paketom Gold ili Platinum) i povlačenje poruke (Silver i više: poruka nestaje i sa telefona primaoca, ostaje napomena da je povučena). Server pamti samo kome si poslao poruku (ID, bez sadržaja) najviše 60 dana — da bi te u nevidljivom režimu (Platinum) u sobi lokala video samo onaj kome si pisao.
Kad otvoriš nečiji profil ili razgovor s njim, server to zabeleži (tvoj ID i ime, i kada), da bi ta osoba videla ko ju je posetio. Isti posetilac se računa jednom dnevno. Koliko poseta vidi otvoreno zavisi od njenog paketa; ostale su zamućene. Posete se čuvaju 24 sata. Osoba koju si blokirao ne vidi tvoje posete i ti ne vidiš njene. Uz Platinum profile otvaraš nevidljivo — posete se ne beleže.
Aplikacija čita samo približnu lokaciju, da izabere pločice tvog grada (taksi, hrana, ponude). Server dobija približan položaj samo da odgovori i ne čuva ga; istorija kretanja se ne vodi. Na Androidu 10–12 sistem traži dozvolu za lokaciju da bi aplikacija pronalazila uređaje preko Bluetooth‑a i Wi‑Fi‑ja — tada se tačna lokacija ne čita.
Kad skeniraš kod lokala ili stola, lokal (Cubospot Business) vidi tvoje ime, sto, porudžbine, račun i ono što mu napišeš. Porudžbine server čuva 24 sata, neplaćen račun dok ga lokal ne označi kao plaćen (hotelska soba najviše 60 dana), pitanja info‑pultu 7 dana, upise u knjigu utisaka 30 dana. U grupi (ekskurzija, izlet) poruke grupnog četa čitaju svi članovi i vodič; server ih čuva dok grupa postoji (najviše 300 poslednjih) i one, za razliku od poruka između dve osobe, nisu šifrovane s kraja na kraj; bez interneta prolaze kroz telefon vodiča (Cubospot Business) preko blututa ili Wi‑Fi‑ja, koji ih čuva i prosleđuje serveru. Da bi gosti na Wi‑Fi‑ju lokala ušli u lokal, server 15 minuta pamti javnu IP adresu te mreže.
Server je na usluzi Render u Frankfurtu (EU). Na serveru je tvoj nalog: nasumični ID, javni ključ za šifrovanje, oznaka uređaja za obaveštenja, koga si blokirao i kome dozvoljavaš poruke. Podatke ne prodajemo i ne delimo osim gore navedenim uslugama (Google, Render) i lokalima u koje uđeš.
U aplikaciji: profil → ⋮ → Obriši moj nalog. Briše se nalog na serveru i svi podaci na telefonu. Bez aplikacije: uputstvo za brisanje. Pretplatu otkazuješ u Google Play‑u (brisanje naloga je ne otkazuje).
Imaš pravo na uvid, ispravku, brisanje i prenos podataka, i na prigovor. Piši na info@cubospot.com; odgovaramo u roku od 30 dana. Žalbu možeš da uputiš Úradu na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky (Slovačka, gde je sedište firme), nadzornom organu u svojoj zemlji EU, a u Srbiji Povereniku za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti.
Cubospot je namenjen osobama starijim od 18 godina.
Kad menjamo ovu politiku, novi datum stoji gore, a o važnim izmenama obaveštavamo u aplikaciji.

This policy explains which data the Cubospot app (for guests) and the Cubospot Business app (for places) use, why, for how long, and how you delete it.
Name or nickname, photo, short text, gender, country and — only if you add them — phone, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok. Your profile is kept on your phone and sent only to the people and places you meet in the app, so they can see you. Your age is asked once, stays on your phone and is never shown.
Messages are stored on your phone and on the phone of the person you write to. When you are out of range (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth), a message travels through our server end‑to‑end encrypted — the server cannot read it and keeps it for at most 7 days until the recipient fetches it. You can delete messages in the app. A read receipt (your app tells the sender you opened the conversation; only a sender with Gold or Platinum sees it) and a taken-back message (Silver and up: the message disappears from the recipient's phone too, a note that it was taken back stays) travel the same way, encrypted. The server remembers only whom you sent a message to (the ID, no content) for at most 60 days — so that in invisible mode (Platinum) only the person you wrote to sees you in a place's room.
When you open someone's profile or their chat, the server records it (your ID and name, and when), so that person can see who visited them. The same visitor counts once a day. How many visits they see openly depends on their plan; the rest are blurred. Visits are kept for 24 hours. A person you blocked does not see your visits and you do not see theirs. With Platinum you open profiles invisibly — no visit is recorded.
The app reads only your approximate location, to choose the tiles of your city (taxi, food, offers). The server receives the rough position only to answer and does not store it; no movement history is kept. On Android 10–12 the system requires the location permission for finding devices over Bluetooth and Wi‑Fi — your precise location is not read.
When you scan the code of a place or table, the place (Cubospot Business) sees your name, table, orders, bill and what you write to it. The server keeps orders for 24 hours, an unpaid bill until the place marks it paid (a hotel room at most 60 days), questions to the info desk 7 days and guest book entries 30 days. In a group (an excursion, an outing) the group chat is read by every member and the guide; the server keeps it while the group exists (the last 300 lines at most) and, unlike messages between two people, it is not end‑to‑end encrypted; without the internet the lines pass through the guide's phone (Cubospot Business) over Bluetooth or Wi‑Fi, which keeps them and forwards them to the server. So that guests on a place's Wi‑Fi can enter it, the server remembers that network's public IP address for 15 minutes.
The server runs on Render in Frankfurt (EU). It holds your account: a random ID, the public key for encryption, your device token for notifications, whom you blocked and whom you allow to message you. We do not sell data and share it only with the services above (Google, Render) and with the places you enter.
In the app: profile → ⋮ → Delete my account. Your account on the server and all data on the phone are deleted. Without the app: how to request deletion. Cancel a subscription in Google Play (deleting the account does not cancel it).
You may access, correct, delete and port your data, and object to its use. Write to info@cubospot.com; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (where the company is seated), to the supervisory authority of your EU country, or in Serbia to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
Cubospot is for people over 18.
When we change this policy, the new date stands above, and important changes are announced in the app.

Cubospot je usluga za goste i lokale: pokazuje ljude koji su dostupni u blizini i omogućava da im pišeš, da uđeš u sobu lokala skeniranjem koda, čitaš meni, naručuješ i tražiš račun, koji plaćaš u lokalu. Korišćenjem aplikacije prihvataš ove uslove.
Osobe starije od 18 godina. Jedan nalog po osobi; podaci u profilu moraju biti tvoji.
Budi pristojan. Zabranjeno je uznemiravanje, pretnje, prevare, neželjene poruke, sadržaj sa maloletnicima i sve što je protivzakonito. Osobu koja te uznemirava možeš da blokiraš (besplatno). Nalog koji krši pravila možemo da ograničimo ili ugasimo.
Lokal sam odgovara za svoj meni, cene, porudžbine, račune i ponude, i može da odbije uslugu. Račun plaćaš lokalu, ne Cubospot‑u.
Silver, Gold i Platinum su mesečne pretplate preko Google Play‑a; obnavljaju se same dok ih ne otkažeš u Google Play‑u. Cena i porez su prikazani pre kupovine.
Besplatna verzija prikazuje reklame. Sponzorisane pločice i ponude uvek su označene kao „Sponzorisano“.
Cubospot se razvija i može da se menja ili privremeno ne radi. Ne odgovaramo za štetu nastalu zbog prekida rada, izgubljenih poruka ili postupaka drugih korisnika i lokala, osim kad to zakon ne dozvoljava.

Cubospot is a service for guests and places: it shows you the people available near you and lets you write to them, enter the room of a place by scanning its code, read its menu, order and ask for the bill, which you pay at the place. By using the app you accept these terms.
People over 18. One account per person; the details in your profile must be your own.
Be respectful. Harassment, threats, fraud, spam, content involving minors and anything unlawful are forbidden. You can block anyone who bothers you (free). We may limit or close an account that breaks these rules.
Each place is responsible for its own menu, prices, orders, bills and offers, and may refuse service. You pay the bill to the place, not to Cubospot.
Silver, Gold and Platinum are monthly subscriptions through Google Play; they renew until you cancel them in Google Play. The price and tax are shown before you buy.
The free version shows ads. Sponsored tiles and offers are always marked “Sponsored”.
Cubospot is being developed and may change or be unavailable at times. We are not liable for damage caused by interruptions, lost messages or the actions of other users and places, except where the law does not allow this limitation.

Messages you sent stay on the recipients' phones. An unpaid bill at a place stays with the place under your name until it marks it paid (a table at most 6 hours, a hotel room at most 60 days). Cancel a subscription in Google Play — deleting the account does not cancel it.
